This document establishes the conditions under which personal data is processed on the web portal www.relatando.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Through this web platform, strictly necessary data is collected to provide the services requested by the user:

• Newsletter Management: Processing of the email address voluntarily provided by the user to dispatch periodic updates regarding new tales, publications, and audio episodes.
• Handling of Correspondence and Suggestions: Responding to messages received via direct contact channels or forms.
• Statistical Visit Analysis: Aggregated and disassociated traffic measurement via Google Analytics 4, exclusively when the user has accepted analytical cookies via the banner.

The lawful basis for the processing of data is the express and informed consent of the user (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), granted freely and voluntarily upon subscribing to the newsletter or configuring cookie preferences.

Data linked to the newsletter shall be retained until the user requests withdrawal or erasure. Every dispatch includes a direct link allowing for automatic, immediate unsubscription with a single click. Contact emails shall be preserved solely for the duration strictly necessary to resolve the correspondence.

5. Service Providers (Data Processors)

Data is neither commercialized nor ceded to third parties. For proper technical operation, we rely on providers that guarantee compliance with European Union protection standards:

• Dispatch and newsletter management: Brevo (Sendinblue), an email automation platform operating under secure protocols.
• Hosting infrastructure: The hosting provider where the web server is housed.
• Analytical telemetry: Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4), active solely upon the visitor's express consent.

The user may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability concerning their personal data.
